Roller rocker arm adopted
Our Company's Monkey type engine Super Head + R adopts a well-established roller rocker arm in a vertical engine, while maximizing the output performance of the super head, the output of the medium-speed range It is possible to maintain the output in the high rotation range which is also a feature of the arm.
The roller rocker arm reduces the frictional resistance with the camshaft occurring in the slipper type rocker arm (genuine part type), and the roller bearing with the built-in rocker arm smoothly follows the cam profile from low rotation to high rotation.
Weight added by adopting roller bearings overcomes the increase in weight by making the rocker arm body made of Aluminum Forging.

Adoption of M8 spark plug
By adopting a large diameter valve to increase the diameter of the Port Diameter, the wall pressure between the plug hole and the port is reduced, so the M8 spark plug was adopted to ensure adequate wall pressure. This prevents degradation and breakage of output performance due to thermal deformation of Cylinder Head, and stable output is possible.
Hollow camshaft with oil jet
Provide an oil line at the center of the camshaft and guide the oil to the cam sprocket. As a result, oil diffuses oil from the inside of the cam chain by centrifugal force from the center of the cam sprocket, enhancing the durability and lubrication effect of the cam chain. Also, since the oil jet passage is provided on the camshaft cam face, oil can be sprayed from the cam face, and cooling and lubrication are effectively performed.
The camshaft body adopts double-ended ball bearing support and reduces the frictional resistance occurring in the oil journal (genuine part type).
Also, by adopting the oil passage, Weight of the camshaft body was reduced to large Width.
There are three types of camshafts with different profiles of SR - 25 / SR - 30 / SR - 35, which can be changed according to the intended use.
Camshaft holder with oil line
By installing an oil line structure in the camshaft holder, it is connected with the oil line in the Cylinder Head, enabling lubrication of oil over details. In addition, we have secured a passage to guide oil to Hollow camshaft with oil jet, and support lubrication to camshaft and cam chain.
