Japanese Custom Culture

Here is an original series "JCC" stands for "Japan Custom culture" written by Webike Japan. There is no doubt that Japan has one of the best and unique custom parts and its culture in the motorcycle industry, but the language barrier has led to the closure of JDM motorcycle culture to the outside of Japan. Through this JCC contents, we present you one of a kind custom and mods bikes by professional craftmen and enthusiasts who just can't stop loving motorcycle.

Webike's Opinion

Here is a "YAMAHA TZR250" custom by Webike community user "Haru". The owner of this TZR250, which was finally finished after more than 20 years of trial and error, said that the bike is definitely faster than before. There were two points that the owner was concerned about from the time of his purchase. First one is about the rearsets. To make the shifting feel more direct, Blue Point rearset kit was installed. The second one is the mirrors. With the stock mirrors, it was difficult to see the rear of the bike without shifting the rider's posture. So he replaced them to Kijima's TECH08 cowl-mount mirrors. Of course, after spending so much time on this bike, the customization was not limited to these parts. For example, SP Tadao Jackal Expansion Chamber was installed to make the exhaust sound just like the owner's preference. The suspension is a monoshock made by bitubo, an Italian manufacturer known as its high quality products. The exterior and chassis are all Blue Point products. This bike has been overhauled once, and it seems that every detail of this one has been customized. It is a rare 80's racer replica that can still be ridden today, as it is very difficult to maintain.
