*The side cover in the photo is not included in the set. *This product is compatible with MONKEY125 Yoshimura Step KIT X-TREAD (Part Number: 559-400-V000), a special bracket set is separately required.
This cyclone is partially manufactured in Yoshimura Asia (Thailand).
It's exciting just to look at it. Yoshimura's lineup includes the "Machine Curved Straight Cyclone" exhaust that enhances the new appeal of the Monkey 125.
The black painted straight cyclone is reminiscent of the traditional style, but has been developed with the latest technology to suit the latest machines.
performance The power output exceeds that of the standard exhaust in the entire range, and the powerful torque feel that starts from the opening of the accelerator pedal allows you to experience improved acceleration performance from the start of driving. In addition, the significant increase in power and torque from 5, 000 rpm to the peak, combined with the increased power of the engine's heartbeat, gives you the taste that only a straight Cyclone can provide.
sound When the engine is started, the exhaust sound is characterized by a moderately powerful sound with more bass than the standard. The sound volume is pleasantly audible even while driving, and is of course within 88 dB (3500 rpm) for near exhaust noise.
weight It weighs only 1.9kg compared to 5.0kg of the standard exhaust, which is approx. 60% lighter. The synergy of the light weight and the low center of gravity of the down type layout provides a light riding feel.
durability Stainless steel material is used for the exhaust body to have high durability and corrosion resistance. The black coating is made of a special paint with heat-resistant performance, which improves durability compared to conventional coatings.
Also, if the paint is damaged by a fall, you can use the repainting service (chargeable).
Points of Attention
* If there may be an instruction manual included, it will be written in Japanese.
I've been riding with NORMAL for 2 years, but finally, I changed to YOSHIMURA which I've been longing for. I was able to replace the brackets and gaskets even as a beginner because I had seen the videos on YouTube. However, I had a hard time installing the bracket and replacing the gasket. It's a very nice parenthesis, but I think I hit it somewhere while I was working on it, and the paint came off a little bit. But I really like it, including the bass sound.View Detail
I have been driving a carburetorMONKEY for about 20 years and of course the exhaust system is YOSHIMURA. Banana Exhaust System (Type-3) Recently designed, GPMagnum Both are Titanium and light weight! And when you rev it up to high rpm, it makes a great sound!
I was really concerned about replacing the Exhaust System on my MONKEY125 because of that Image, but this machine bendedStraight cyclone looks so much better! I like Titanium and Stainless Steel, but this Matte Black is just so erotic...
The silencer capacity is obviously small, and I thought it would not be too much because the aperture is effective, but still, when I listen to Youtube, I hear a good sound with bass effect, but everyone says that it is a bomb, a bomb, a bomb...
This is unsettling... Still, I bought it at a bad price.
The results are, well, it's certainly quite a heavy bass around the idle and at low speeds, but at high rpm it's just a hair above normal, and honestly, it's one of the quietest.
It has a built-in catalytic converter and is not a full straight car, so it has a low sound, but it is low until high rpm, so it is not hard to drive around.
It looks great, sounds great, and as for the release, the start is more agile, and it blows beautifully up to high RPM, and I could feel the power increased slightly.
It was a perfect Exhaust System for me, so much so that I feel stupid for having bothered with it.
The design is simple, austere and great. The sound is a little large, but not too loud. I learned how to install it beforehand on the Net and I was looking at the info on removing the footpeg. I was able to install it without touching the footpeg. I used a curved Glasses Wrench. (8・10mm)View Detail
Idling to low RPMs is nice and low. However, it was unfortunate that the sound turned a little grating and cheesy in the higher RPM range.
It may be inevitable because it is a Short Tube Style and SmallEngine Displacement Volume car that emphasizes the appearance. I think that the product which secures the Silencer part large is more carefully adjusted the sound.
I honestly want to go back to NORMAL when I go to Can Two because it's a volume that I'm very cautious about at Camping grounds.
It is easy to install as long as the footpeg is removed and the exhaust bracket is installed.View Detail
[How is it used? Town ride, day touring Was the one you received as per Image? It's more austere and martial than Image! Was the installation difficult? If you have some tools, it took about 30 minutes. How was your experience with it? The feeling of riding the bike is that it is a little more energetic. That's about it. (Is it the influence of the weight reduction of about 3kg compared with NORMAL?) The sound quality is quite resonant in the bass. It sounds exactly as I saw it on YouTube.
If you like the look of it, I strongly recommend it. (^^) vView Detail
